The departure ceremony of Sant Nivruttinath Maharaj’s palkhi (palanquin procession) took place this year with unprecedented enthusiasm and devotion. From early morning, a large gathering of devotees and Warkaris (pilgrims) filled the holy town of Trimbakeshwar. The entire area was immersed in a spiritual atmosphere as the palkhi procession began its journey.

The temple premises resonated with the sounds of traditional instruments, devotional songs, and chants. After the ceremonial worship of Sant Nivruttinath Maharaj’s palkhi, thousands of Warkaris bid farewell to the procession with chants of “Dnyanoba-Tukaram” and “Pundalik Varada Hari Vitthal.”
